We aim to please every palate, from the novice to the connoisseur. We also carry liquor, beer, and cordials for all your party needs at consistently low prices. Signature policy:

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from All packages sent out by REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine! is not responsible for violators of this strict age policy.

At this time we can not ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah and Vermont.

At this time we can ship to the following states with some restrictions.

  • CONNECTICUT: Cannot Ship To Bridgewater, Eastford, Roxbury.

  • FLORIDA: Cannot Ship To Lafayette, Liberty, Washington.

  • WEST VIRGINIA: Cannot Ship To the zip codes in this list.

  • PLEASE NOTE: ALL orders with above listed towns/zip codes will be CANCELED.


Shipping and Transit Times:

Most products are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will ship out the same day you place it. The delivery guarantees refer to carrier's commitment once the order has been shipped (left our store). When we receive your order we begin working to pull all the items, pack and get it shipped out. does not ship on major holidays and weekends. Tracking information is sent to you via email when the order is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to P.O. boxes.


All wine sent out by is inspected, hand packed and shipped in good condition. Please inspect your package upon receipt for obvious damage during transit. is not responsible for breakage after your signed delivery has been made. will only accept returns for replacement or refund for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The wine you received is corked.

  • The wine you received is spoiled (As is tradition in the wine trade, any bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk)


Return Policy:

Once the wine leaves our premises we cannot accept it back as per U.S Federal regulations concerning alcoholic products. Claims can only be made on damaged goods and by following the appropriate steps outlined above.

When our order form asks customers for sensitive information, such as name, address and credit card number, we do everything in our power to protect customer-information offline. All of our customers' information, like the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Q & A

When is the best time to order?

We normally ship orders out Monday - Friday. We prefer to ship Mondays - Wednesdays, this way your order isn't held at the shipping company over a weekend.

How are my shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased. Rates are also based on the destination and are calculated by FedEx. We will email or call you with the total of the order before we charge your credit card and the order is prepared for shipping.

How are the products packaged?

We use high grade, light weight, crush resistant shipping containers to ensure your product arrives in excellent shape. In most areas of the country, the cardboard can be recycled. Call your local waste management company for their policy.

What if I am not available to receive the package?

It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to The customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the customer deciding to cancel the order.

How do I claim for damaged goods?

At the time of checkout, shipping insurance is added to the order. You have the option to decline this insurance. By declining, you will be responsible for making any and all claims with the shipper. (FedEx) The customer also needs to file a claim with for damaged goods within 3 days of receipt of order. Products should be kept in its original packaging, and will need to be inspected by the shipping company. If you have products shipped to one of the restricted states and they are impounded by your state or shipping carrier, you will be COMPLETELY LIABLE for any damages or loss of product. Please be certain before you get items shipped to you. You will not hold responsible for this.
