You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from Burkeswine.com. All packages sent out by Burkeswine.com REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine! Burkeswine.com is not responsible for violators of this strict age policy.
Ship to States
At this time we cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Shipping and Transit Time
Most products are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will ship out the same day you place it. The delivery guarantees refer to carrier's commitment once the order has been shipped (left our warehouse). When we receive your order we begin working to pull all the items, pack and get it shipped out. Burkeswine.com does not ship on major holidays and weekends. Tracking information is sent to you via email when the order is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to P.O. boxes.
All wine sent out by Burkeswine.com is inspected, hand packed and shipped in good condition. Please inspect your package upon receipt for obvious damage during transit. Burkeswine.com is not responsible for breakage after your signed delivery has been made. Burkeswine.com will only accept returns for replacement or refund for the following reasons:
Once the wine leaves our premises we cannot accept it back as per U.S Federal regulations concerning alcoholic products. Claims can only be made on damaged goods and by following the appropriate steps outlined above.
