We use an outside shipping company (FedEx) to ship orders, and a credit card processing company (Autherize.net) to bill customers for goods. E-mail List

From time to time, we send out promotional e-mails. These e-mails are sent only to people who request to be on this e-mail list and are never sent to anyone who did not subscribe to the e-mail list. The information gathered through the e-mail list signup is not used for any other purpose. Any person who has signed up for this service and wishes to be removed from the program can delete themselves using information found in the promotional e-mails, or by sending us an e-mail requesting removal through the contact page on our web site.

Security

When our order form asks customers to enter sensitive information, such as credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layers), provided by GeoTrust, a encryption software company. While on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect customer-information offline. All of our customers' information, like the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job has access to personally identifiable information.
